Here are the ways you will be able to choose your health plan and primary care provider (PCP)

To enroll online, you need to have an NCID account. Select “Get Started” to go to the NCID sign-in page first.

• If you don’t have an NCID account, select “Register.”
• If you have an NCID account but don’t know your NCID username or password, select “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password.” You may have to answer questions or verify through your mobile device to reset your password or unlock your account.
